Every generation gets one resource it decides to stop counting. We stopped metering water in most homes. We stopped charging per minute for phone calls. We stopped billing per email. Each time, something the meter had been quietly holding back suddenly bloomed.
AI is the next one. Right now, the meter runs on thinking itself. Every prompt is a small transaction. Every retry has a price. Teams write shorter prompts to save money, skip the experiment that might not pan out, and quietly ration the one tool that could help them most. The meter doesn't just cost money — it costs imagination.
We think that's backwards. When a tool is genuinely transformative, the goal should be to get it into as many hands, as often, as possible — not to make people flinch every time they reach for it.
So we built the opposite. One seat. One price. Unlimited interactive use. No token counter anywhere in the experience. Not because compute is free — it isn't — but because we'd rather build a business on people belonging than on people rationing.
